YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit begins with filling out a few forms and providing us important information about you and your animal's health history. To get a head start, you can print out the forms below, complete them, and bring them with you to your first appointment, or send them to us electronically in advance.

OFFICE HOURS
Hospital hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For an appointment that best suits your schedule, it is recommended that you schedule your appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Unlike human hospitals, veterinary hospitals exist entirely due to private enterprise. Private funds are responsible for the establishment and operation of the hospital. These funds represent a substantial investment in our community and in the protection of our community’s public health and welfare. Maintaining and continuing to improve the excellent pet care offered to our clients, relies heavily on prompt and complete payment for all services. We accept payment for services as follows: Cash, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please feel free to contact us prior to your appointment to discuss our fees or to be given an estimate for required services.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that “life happens” and that appointments need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling should be made at least 24-hours prior to an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24-hours before an appointment are subject to our cancellation policy. A one-time courtesy will be given for a less-than-24-hour-cancellation. After the first time you will be billed at $45. We appreciate your understanding and courtesy in regards to missed appointments.
